Absolutely terrible company. For some strange unknown reason, Amazon seem to keep using them despite there constant lies and unreliable service. Many times my packages have not arrived due to complications" or "attempted deliveries" (I have cctv so know they haven't even tried).Just happened again!! If you use Amazon I'm sure you are already aware of this company."

Incredible service, my Amazon was scheduled to be delivered by 9 pm to my business that closes at 5pm. I received a call from the driver and coordinated a safe drop outside of my business that I easily grabbed the next morning. Wish more couriers would be proactive in there deliveries.

Like all reviews, these guys claimed to drop off my Amazon order but didn't because they couldn't find the unit. I checked my camera and nothing. It was dispatched and again, I received a notification that the attempt to deliver was made but couldn't because they couldn't find the unit again ... I checked my camera and no attempt was made.If you're ordering anything and notice that Dynamex is delivering ... Call right away and change it.Avoid at all cost.

They marked 2 Amazon orders as un-deliverable due to business doors found closed. In fact, the driver did not even come at all, as our inspection of video surveillance footage confirmed. The business was open all day with doors physically open all day. They then promised to deliver by 11 am on following day, and that didn't happen. When I called them back, no-one answered the phone. Their customer service staff are terrible at their job and at lying.

Terrible service. I was waiting for my package the whole day at work but it wasn't delivered. I've got a message from the courier saying that the delivery was attempted but business was closed. The business is open 24/7, I am working at the reception and was waiting for delivery the whole day. After I contacted the customer service they rescheduled delivery for the next day. I've mentioned that the business is open, they have to use the main entrance to access, but the next day the same problem has happened. After my second call to the customer service they said that it will be delivered by the end of the day, but I still didn't receive my package. Customer service agent didn't even apologize.

Order from Amazon. I tracked my package and it said attempted delivery but the business was closed. The delivery is to my house not a business it's a residental address. Contacted customer support and they just keep telling me they couldn't delivery it because the business was closed. I keep telling them it's not a business it's my house in a residential neighborhood. This is the worst delivery service ever. The driver probably just didn't want to do his job I have cameras at my house and there was not attempted delivery at the time they said.

Same experiences as everyone else. Thankfully Amazon never uses them for me anymore after I complained enough. They just lie and change the tracking to say they attempted delivery but no answer when they did no such thing. They seem to be stuck in the past where this might have worked before. Now everyone has security cameras where we can easily prove you didn't even pull in the driveway.

Really bad service. I expected my package today but it wasn't delivered. I've got a message from the courier saying that the delivery didn't delivered because my address is incorrect!How can it be possible? I am premium Amazon customer and nobody else had problem before with my delivery (home) address!I contacted with T Force Logistics customer service (Dynamex) and they told me they will send email for rescheduled delivery for tomorrow.I would recommend Amazon to stop working with this company, because it offers low quality services and causes indignation to its customers.

I don't really think they still care about their customers. But like everyone else here. I bought something from Amazon with prime one-day shipping, and I waited in store for my packages. And as everyone else, they updated Business Close and on Amazon the status became attempt delivery with no one showed up.What makes it worse is that because it was Friday, and they updated transit status at 20:00, their office was already closed. I couldn't get contact with them until next Monday. So my one-day delivery became at least 4 day delivery. All my plans for this weekend f..ked up.

Worst delivery service on the planet! Every single time I get one day delivery service with Amazon it’s always delayed to another day when Dynamex /T-Force is involved with the delivery.When they do finally get around to deliver your packages, the couriers can’t seem to follow simple instructions. I live in a condominium and there’s signs posted everywhere letting all couriers to drop off packages to the residents suite door and to NOT leave in the lobby. This is the only company that ignores that and I’ve had 2 packages stolen already because of it.I don’t know why Amazon uses this company still?This is one company thats truly worthy of a ZERO star rating!
