My package says it was delivered. No sign of it even 24 hours after this claim. It's a shame Amazon uses this company.edit (3 months later)Another delivery fail. Said they couldn't get to my front door. The driveway was empty.edit(2 days later)The stopped answering the phone. Amazon told me they lost the package. That means they lied about not getting to my front door.I feel like they only get half the packages right.

My experience with Dynamex in Sudbury has mostly been good with four packages received in the past few days. Two packages came in on the expected date early in the morning with a knock on the door and two came in one day late with the packages left on the front porch without knocking. Three people were home to accept the packages and sound travels really well across our apartment so I know that noone knocked. Decent service overall. I'm only giving a rating of 5 stars because the 1.4 star average seems very low based on my experience and it's from a sample size of only 21 reviews over 2 months. My vote would otherwise be around 4.0.Edit: Just had a fifth package delivered today that I ordered two days ago. Still no knock though.

They deliver quickly, which is good, but will not come up to my apartment. On the rare occasions they've come upstairs they wouldn't knock on the door even though we're in the apartment.One time they told my wife she'll have to come down to get her package. Another time I told the driver to call me and I'll buzz him in, he said fine but I'll leave it inside the main door, and I live inside a big building.Not saying I prefer Canada Post, but I don't like Dynamex's negligence either. Amazon's gotta find a better courier.

My package from Amazon was being delivered by Dynamex, and was marked as Delivered"... but they had delivered it to the wrong address - the house across the street. The honest neighbor kindly brought it over to me. However

Twice in the last month I had ordered the same items from Amazon and the delivering company was Dynamex ... and twice those packages were not received. The last tracking information that was posted was that my package had arrived at their service, but was unable to be delivered due to external circumstanes".... for 3 days

Had a package that was attempted to be delivered to me today but was unable to get to the door in time. (Was working from home) Called Dynamex and spoke with a woman who was very kind and efficient she reassured me that my package was going to be sent out again tomorrow to be delivered at the same time. I have had multiple packages delivered from them over the past year and always had nice and friendly delivery drivers bring my package to my door or always call me and let me know they have arrived with my package rather than leave it in my unlocked entrance of my apartment building. Great service and very efficient.

What a joke! Apparently delivered my package when I was home. Left nothing. I see on Amazon that dynamex (tforce) delivered it. Had to search up there # and saw their abysmal rating (surprise). Don't pick up their phone. Then was told they send it back return to sender (amazon) because it was the last day (what does that even mean?). So I guess I'll get a refund eventually from Amazon on the pkg they believe delivered?Unprofessional on the phone. I think they are tired of hearing complaints about their service.AMAZON STOP USING THIS COMPANY!

Terrible, terrible delivery service. I wouldn't have even given it one star except that's the only way you can write a review. They have a contract with Amazon which guarantees two day delivery. The first time I had to go pick my parcels up from their warehouse and the second time I received delivery delay emails for two days then just nothing. Amazon had to refund me. I have set it up so they will no longer be able to deliver my parcels. Not impressed.

Not impressed. What is Amazon thinking. This is the second time I have had to deal with this courier. I was supposed to get my package today. What upsets me more is that it has been in town since Sunday, it is now Monday and no sign of it. I ended up waiting days to get my package while it sat in their local warehouse last time.Here we are Tuesday and still no package. They said they may be able to get it to me tomorrow. I put in a complaint to Amazon and they contacted Dynamex directly to ensure they get this stuff to me tomorrow. I won't hold my breath.
